See the Eye is an initiative by the American Optometrist Association designed to encourage people to prioritize eye checkups and overall eye health. The concept of the site draws a creative parallel between the human eye and advanced technology, presenting the eye as a powerful piece of innovation.

As Lead Developer, I guided the project from concept to launch, working closely with designers to evaluate technical feasibility and brainstorm animation ideas that would enhance the storytelling. The site was built in WordPress for flexible content management, with custom animations crafted using JavaScript and GSAP to bring the creative vision to life. A key challenge was ensuring a seamless scrollable experience across devices, which required careful performance optimization and responsive design considerations. The final product not only met the client’s goals but also earned industry recognition, winning the 2025 Webby Award in the Health & Wellness category.
